The Power of Rest Based Training

Rest based training focuses on rest, not work. Most people who go to the gym and do resistance training don't sit there and look at their clock and go, okay, I can only take a rest here. This is why they can use such heavy weights and exert themselves. What I would say is rather than taking an hour to do that traditional weight training workout, basically shrink it all down so that you can go faster with less rest.
