How Do We Prevent Injuries in Youth Athletics?
The sex difference is there and the implications, like you say, on the performance side. If we dial it back to even youth athletics, if I think of our young basketball players, or Canada basketball, we're getting explosive. We're generating a lot of stiffness, particularly in the lower leg. And of course, now when we get to 2021-24, we're seeing injuries that we used to see back when I was watching the NBA 20 years ago in sort of 30 year olds.
