The Power of Visual Distraction
There can be a tendency to kind of get hyper focused around that too. For me, it's an uncomfortable feeling to have something on my mind these days. I think about things, but I don't necessarily try and chant the reminder: "Must get milk" So as a result, I found that one of the things I was doing is that was creating the read the phone reflexes because I was capturing things on my phone. But there's some real subtle ways along the way in the practice that you can make adjustments to the way in which you are doing GTD.
