The Importance of Daily Practice
Dash 1 practice is based on three pillars: daily training, breathing and the mind. Each of these are not more important than the other so we don't ever work one at the expense of the other. We look at our training in a very balanced way to make sure that it's all working together for good. So you'll have periods where you focus on physicality but also breathe energetics as well. And this is already a little challenging and it shows the essence of what Dash 1 practice is about.
