The History of the Bates Method
Bates method is based very much on exercises with some visualizing. For me, the exercises they were in the beginning quite good but then after a while, I really lost interest. It was hard work, and particularly emotionally hard work. And so for me in the beginning, the Alexander work in the Bates method, they did not really come together. So you were basically using Alexander-type directions directly on your cornea. Exactly this one, just like we can use for our back.
