Is Your Recovery Time Affecting Your Running?
As we age, runners become less resilient and acquire a little bit more recovery time than the young whipper snappers out there. If you're feeling fatigued in your daily life, not just your runs, then that is a sign that you do need more recovery. For masters runners who are retired, they usually have a lot of time. They can move to a ten day schedule instead of a seven day schedule. Not everybody wants to do something else besides running, but i would highly encourage it because it's not just about being runner.
