If you're someone who struggles with willpower go to your iPhone and choose the apps that it highlights out at certain times like i know i do mine from 7 p.m till 8 a.m where it just i can't use social media and it does take willpower because i think even you it doesn't even use a password sometimes you can just say extend for 15 minutes or ignore for the day yeah put a password on it and have one of someone you trust write it down some like call your mom and ask her to make your password I don't know but it really does help that short pause even help me.
