Do You Need a Number to Orient Your Training?
I see value in making sure all those areas of your life are dialed in, but i'm not certain that a sleep score is going to me if can train an athlete differently. So i think it's, i would, i think we do athlete di service to say that you need a number to steer your training, versus just being able to listen to your body. And i know that's easier so than done. Ive myself, have been an athlete when i've ignored all those signals and kept pushing."
