The Importance of Materials in Energy Storage

The cost of lithium-ion batteries is going to be approaching just the cost of the lithium. There's a long way it can still come down and we think it will, but that floor is still above where it needs to be for every action. We need something that's going to be far cheaper than lithium-ion.
