The Importance of Criticism as a Manager
Most of us are really reluctant to give criticism to people. We care personally about this individual we're about to talk to, and we don't want to hurt their feelings. And in the worst case, as a manager, you say nothing, and then you wind up having never told the person what they did wrong,. Not so nice after all, not even close. So i think the point is that criticism is necessary. It's not a bad thing. It's actually a great the gift.
