How to Stop Attrition in a Staffing Company?

In some sales organizations, attrition negatively hits the bottom line because it's the number of feet on the street that are out there. Staffing companies get paid when they put people to work. If people aren't at work, they don't get paid. So by actually looking at the algorithms of why somebody may quit an assignment, you know, they may quit an assignments because of the pay rate. It may be because of the distance. And then secondly, understanding the factors of why somebody might turn over and working against that.
