Is There a Single Point of Entry to the NHS?
As a user of the system the range of different digital tools on offer is incredibly confusing. I don't understand how does a website close or an app shut down now we know working in the system there are lots of very good reasons why you might as a GP surgery not have a consult running throughout the night. We need to work better with that and probably it's the poor design of systems, Jacob says. Four out of five people who used the service said they've got what they needed from it.
