Is Live Chat Really a Good Idea?
A disproportionate number of people just like want to talk to a human. It's possible that we're doing a very poor job at answering some of these questions on the website. So I'm actually thinking about just deploying like live chat or something on the site because I mean, these people have questions and I'm surprised.
