Designing Conversations

i have a background in industrial design. i got a masters of industrial design at pratt in new york. And as i've evolved in design, there's new ways of thinking about design that help us see with new eyes. So for me, i just kept exploring it and just being like, if we design conversations, and i think we do, what are they made of? I startede to come a podcast about designing conversations three years ago. Rosethorn is this classic conversation framework that i need to prove things that i'm not sure about.
