How to Be a Successful Consultant in a Restaurant

I'm doing a consulting project out in Brooklyn for this place called cafe Mars and we did a little R&D session last week which is very I used to do it all the time from a food food. It's nice to be the person who just gets to walk away like I finish like here your specs and then you know hey it's like a restaurant that has to deal with it well how many times you have to go back and and make sure they're not hosing it to bed?
