Is There a Call for These Extraordinary Experiences?

I think we're one of the things we've talked about with my colleagues at the Osso School of Architecture and Design is this idea of these extraordinary ordinary experiences so how do we maybe create these like small little service interactions that makers got oh that was brilliant that was really nice thing. I don't think you could maintain the service experience that that's like a marriage experience and being the groom or the bride or vice versa but there are some potentials to raise the experience, he says. We can also use time maybe a calendrical one or one over a longer period of time to add more meaningful experiences along the way especially for a longer relationship with a service.
