I found a lot of hope in that and for me it's like the investment in my strength conditioning kind of program now is more about that longevity investing in old Tyson Poplestone. It's never too late to start because even if it as we get older our bodies are slower to respond but I guess it you tick both of those boxes if you're an athlete you get the benefits there If you're a you know somebody who wants to feel good like yourself and myself it ticks that box as well so it's a yeah it's a pretty cool scene that you got yourself in huh?
