The Importance of Delighting Customers
SMB is really unique in the sense that, obviously you're, you have to delight the SMB owner because they're the ones who on the software budget. But it really helps if you also, you know, if you're probably also delights the customers right? And so you end up having really sticky customers, really great retention, and I think that that's just a good way to think about it.
