Community Action

It's really hard to invest if you believe that it could all disappear at some one's whim. We cannot drisk our economy and our culture, but what we can do is figure out how to erect a civil society that leads to an expectation of optimism. One of the things that makes productivity go up is investment in technology or education. And those investments only happen in large measure if people are optimistic about what is to come.
