When i was in kitosis, i was probably eating 200 grams a day of saturated ed fat. My l d l particle number was probably around the fiftieth % til 12 to 13 hundred animal per liter. And everything else, give or take, h d l treliserides, all that stuff, sort of in the same ball park as before. But that l d l p came down, yeah. I don't know why some people have these paradoxical reactions but i also don't think it's safe to ignore them just because incline levels have gone down.
