If you think about any physical human exertion, these rules all apply. I have to have myself in proper base that i can generate force. And i need to obviously have my limbs in the correct position depending on whatever task i'm doing. So being an alignment is something that goes so much farther on to jujits. It translates into life, like i said, into almost any physical exertion to become more efficient. and really what we're trying to do is not work hard, but do do the most amount of efficiency for the least output.
