Is There a Difference Between a 36 12 and a 24 Hour Fast?
Nancy: There's lots of research where people have followed like a 36 12 cycle. If your pre work out is coffee, that's probably going to encourage atophagy. But if your pre workout has sweeteners, or often they have ameno acids, things like that could hinder atophogy. Art: I don't really think that we should be worried about taking medications during the fasting window.
