How to Optimize for the Most Lean Team Possible

I think everybody should do a multiple week if not multiple month long solo trip somewhere with no friends. It's 100% on you to figure out and solve every problem you're facing. And then you don't have Wi-Fi half the time. I'm focusing on quality of people way more than quantity of people. One A player is worth five C players. How have you gone about finding them? I think it's just intuition man. If you actually do it right and you actually like do it in a way that's profound and that people can get behind, then you know the results are crazy.
