I've Been Listening to a Book Called Business Misadventures
Virgin is struggling as pitching themselves as both a low cost o airline and an airline that has a really premium service. They were better at adhering to the premium service than they were to the low costs. It reminds me of a i've been reading, another could have potentially been my carve out, but won't be. A i'm listening on audio book to a great book called business adventuresa it's a classic.
