After 55, 56 when you really need to start doing hypertrophy and mobility almost as a religion. I mean, i'm 65, brother, and i telling tha, lean body mess. It's just every if i don't work my armicondas they just seem to lose in all, they become mere pythons within days, you know. So think about it. For the next couple of years, for about ten months of the year, i want you to do easy strength and do your sports and have a great time. And then maybe when you get over 55, go during the heaviest part of your whatever season it is - mostly summer sports.
