I think that being the one person or the few people who constantly worry about others while hitting their number want to help others. Yeah, has that benefit. I wasn't necessarily doing it just to be like oh I want to be the next manager. I was doing it because I enjoyed seeing other people realize the value and embodying your own personality and culture throughout the sales process. It's not about me it's about you in terms of the personality that you inject into deals.
