How to Make Your Mouth Sensitive to Fructose

The body makes fructose from glucose. High amounts of carbs that are what we call high glycemic carbs can be converted to fructose. If you give animals glucose, for example, they will develop metabolic syndrome too. But if you block their ability to make fructose, you can really dampen that. We humans tend to like tartar fruits, which is good because they tend to be a little bit lower in sugar and higher in vitamin C.
