Currently I'm focusing on full body and focusing on functional movements too. The core movements definitely, for me, are the kind of foundations of how I would train. You can find some great machines where you can really isolate and contract muscles in a very kind of specific manner. But for the mainstay of like the volume that I would do, it's really focused around squats and deadlifts,. pull-ups, bench press, shoulder press, the main ones.
