I think strength and especially strength with higher rep ranges on exercises that you're not making your life mission to do all the time, they are a pretty good measure. And I think sometimes what I call a witness lift, which is an exercise that you essentially never do, but you do it maybe once a year just to see how strong you are. So if for example, maybe a type of curl that you never do or a certain type of weird chin up or maybe Arnold press for over pressing, there's always going to be transfer formulated exercises.
