Diversification, whatever investment you have is prudent. The financial advisor and mortgage advisor will encourage you to do that. Me personally, I don't have all my eggs in one basket. But I do have a percentage waiting in the type of investments that I'm looking at. Property investment is long-term. So the assets we pick are capital appreciation focused.
