Red Light Therapy Could Be Used as a Fat Loss Tool

The light behind me right now on these bolts is 660 nanometers red light, but it will do nothing in terms of muscular repair or recovery because the irradiance is so low. So you want to make sure your panels are high radiance, over 100 megawatts of power per centimeter squared - that's the gold standard. And then you'll start to see these benefits within four to five weeks minimum of utilizing them. It could be used as a good sort of fat weight loss tool as well. There was also a really fantastic study that was done on athletes a few years ago, elite level athletes that showed that by utilizing red light therapy, they saw these athletes were looking to cut.
