Our Guest for episode 13 is Scott Doniger, a Chronic Stress Counseling and Jungian LifeStage Coach, based in Boulder, Colorado. He guides people (of any age, race, gender, or sexual orientation) stuck in chronic stress and unresolved physical illness to find a smoother way to live. He is the author of 'Hijacked' a book about common parts that people encounter and how they take us over. Scott is an active road cyclist, hiker and mountaineer, and teacher and mentor to students at the University of Colorado at Boulder.
