I've seen way more personal growth and way more people making actual long-term changes by by having that more intimate experience. How do you coach someone who doesn't feel deserving of results and self-sabotages? I think the in my immediate knee jerk reaction is that this person needs therapy and I'm not saying that's something wrong with you so you're fucked up mentally or anything like that. Or sure but lower your expectations dudeYou're focusing on fat loss right now focus on fat loss go to the gym do enough hard training to maintain muscle and then when you're out of your deficit you have more food maybe a surplus great That's a way better time to be focused
