The Road Map to Customer Satisfaction
One of the things that makes me most excited is to have one place to put things that the entire company can axes. We haven't had that for a very long time, and it's an enabler of this vision of how we can be one of the best places to work. Right now, with multiple sources, there's just not that connotation of i know where i can go to trust that we'll have an answer. I think that the emotional reaction to the knowledge is a key component that you a negate.
