The Importance of Stress Inoculation

We see videos on Facebook of people doing dead lifts and then trying to start an IV on a mannequin Is this actually helping prepare us for those types of situations or is this nonsense? Yeah, I mean that's a that's a great question Tyler. What we often don't see is what has to happen before We get to the point where we try to inoculate someone to those stressors that that they may experience So it's ultra important that we prepare that person to go through the stressful event that they're about to experience.
