How to Refine a Survey Design Process
Margaret: I'm going to go back to the survey design process so as you were doing all this research and talking to your talent team. What was your process for beginning to refine these test them perhaps like how did you get down from that initial list of probably hundred of not hundreds to your final set? Margaret: Yeah, we still have a lot of questions and as I was mentioning too earlier we're in the process of like kind of evolving the survey. So now I'm like, okay like gotta go back to thinking about the right kind of size.
