i think th t there's a distinction to be drawn here between blame, like who gets the blame, and what we're actually doing over here in this kind of other category. And maybe it's not entirely the parent's fault, but i think that it's just the way it is sometimes because the system is unhealthy. A lot of the time, there actually isn't blame. Often the problem is the system, not the individual.
