It's like if you have a certain mindset to like go get a bucket and then I switch that mindset off because now I'm like oh actually what you got to do is you got to look for this and you got to make this past in the strength and conditioning realm. The chances that you can be an NBA level defender by trying really hard and paying attention or high are higher than they ever were, he says.
