Are You a Higher Assertion Person Than an Empathy Person?

I'm generally a lower e c person, and so i have a very proud i'm like reading faces, for instance. So thats my deficiency. How would you advise low e c people to bust engage in difficult conversations? I love that description because it tracts what a lot of us probably have, which is we're probably stronger on assertion than on apathy. And there can be many different reasons, like your describing a reason that says like, i have trouble reading people's faces, et cetera. Another reason that i might be higher assertion is that in school, what we're taught is how to make an argument and how con we write right clearly and answer correctly.
