The Feed Zone

i tend to prefer the beginning of the feed zone if possible because then that allows you to if you do make a mistake or anything else you can stop and it's kind of like a safe area. In the feed zone people expect riders to be stopped or they'll expect changes so it just makes it a whole lot easier if you try to stack for the front. getting that liquid in before the run is very important because it's way harder to get the liquid in on the run than before. i'm going through an aid station i just not got two bottles and it's because me i didn't grab it well enough and also the moving target right they always want to move it.
