How to Share Project Support Materials

It's a lot of excess information on the servers but usually our servers can handle you know whatever we're throwing at them and it is extra work to do. I think that's a tricky piece with you know with project support materials because often you know we're all working on our own computers and things are passed along by email so it's not like you know, sometimes there's information that gets shared between like say the engineer and the designer but then the project manager isn't aware of it and stuff like that. So this way other people would have access to that again later you know or not even again.
