Is There a Difference Between Endurance and Team Sports Performance?

Even a mild percent of dehydration, we have shown repeatedly that even just a little bit over 1% of body weight dehydration, it shows the instrumental effect and performance. Usually endurance athletes are more sensitive because of the nature of the sports. So typically you need at least 3% of water deficit before you start seeing decrements in strength and explosiveness, etc.
