i highly recommend people document their symptoms and really document down to a t, just so they can accurately interpret what's going on. A proximate hampshiering tendon opathy is an injury that i see a lot in my runners. And sitting is a really big issue for those runners suffering with that tendernopathy. If you find yourself chronically waking up with a tight in that area, as to what level of training load it may be appropriate to put on it to make it better, r stronger.
