How to Mask Your ADHD

Alion explains what masking is for people who aren't aware of ADHD. And then also about that unmasking thing that you kind of went through. Masking is basically trying to hide or suppress the way your ADHD presents. For me, when I'm in a social setting with people I know and they're aware, I don't feel as much pressure to mask it. It could be something you do physically to stop yourself. Or maybe it's even like a natural thing where it starts to like come away,. You just start being a bit more himself and you relax into it.
