Raka: The New York Times is basically shaking their fist at the entire internet. He says contextual advertising doesn't work, and it's not what people want. Raka also thinks that some of the targeting does enable some of the divisiveness on social networks. Permative news had some layoffs this week but they were pretty big for those you don't know.
