What Are Some of the Key Threads That Cut Through All These Different Rolls?

I'm always worked in hypergrowth organizations where you just got to kind tof jump in and do a lot of different things. The thread through it is just like intrinsically being a problem solver. More than anything, focus on how to create that customer impact. I'll still lead design, but i wing to chase those gret areas. And then the as been incredibly supported of allowing me to roam and walk through all those different sides.
