How to Brainstorm Neutral Goal Thoughts

Ladder thoughts are not usually super inspirational. They're very small steps, but they are thoughts you can believe, right? So now what we have to do is figure out what thoughts are going to take us from the bottom our current thought, up to the goal thought at the top of the ladder. To do that, we need to brain storm neutral thoughts. If your current thought is, my body is gross, what is someone who likes their body thinking? Right? You can ask it that way. It's ok if your goal thought doesn't seem superamazing. Your brain may not be ready to come up with a truly positive goal thought, but it will get there. And
