The Importance of Balance in Training

You want to be able to squat at 90 degrees or slightly of hip to knee, right? So we're not talking powerlifting depth. If you're going to go lower, say closed stance, low squats, then keeps the weight down. It says more than likely it's probably going to take you well over a year just to get down to where you can sit your butt on the floor.
