How to Develop a Healthy Relationship With Fitness
Working out doesn't have to suck. You should not dread or hate the workout you are consistently choosing for yourself. For movement, you want it to be something you can keep consistent and add into your daily routine. It took me a chunk of time to actually get this habit and see results. And that's okay too because I became consistent and that is where the true value is.
