Sales teams are paid quarterly on commission. There is no financial structure that incentivizes a sales person to think long term. They are at they are very clearly financially incentivized to think short term about their customers, right? Because it's all what kind of closed this quarter to get my commission check and move on. That's just how the system works right now.
